im looking for a gel or something to hold my hair(i have 4b hair type) n i saw ';Fantasia High Potency IC Hair Polisher Olive Styling Gel with Sparkle Lites'; and it says its a dry hair formula, whats a dry hair formula?What does it mean when a hair product is a dry hair formula?
It means that it is formulated for people who suffer from constant dry hair. I love Fantasia IC gels. I have the blue one with sparkle lites. it's important that you don't over do it with the gel either, a little definitely goes a long way.
