Try a straightening iron or just a curling iron(I've found them to work the same.)Start it at the top and stop about 1/4 from the ends. That will leave your natural curl. Even if your natural isn't VERY curly, in contrast to the very straight part directly above it, it should create the illusion. Also in any Wal-Mart, there are tons of products for curling the hair(mouses, oils, gels, etc.) I don't know that one works any better than the other though.
