Can anyone think of a baby hair product that creates curl?

My grandmother was telling me about a baby hair product she use to use on my mother (circa 1966-68), it was specially made to be left in the hair to dry, then it created more curl in the hair, it was specially for baby hair.

Anyone think of anything comparable to that, or even what that could have been? Can anyone think of a baby hair product that creates curl?

This product is still available! We tried it for my daughter's hair about 5 years ago but it didn't work!!! It was a small plastic bottle with a vintage looking label with a picture of a baby on it. It was about $5.00. I don't recommend it as it did not work for us. You could probably find it at a beauty supply store.
I'm not sure on what your grandma is talking about, but I used baby lotion in her hair. It always made her smell really good and gave her curl. It wouldn't harm her/him in anyway as well.
