What is the best Coloring hair product?

Okay, I want to change my hair color. So I am trying to figure out what a good company to chose from for my thick curly hair to get one of their colors. Also one that would also help with fly aways. I would want one with a reasonable price. What is the best Coloring hair product?
I would stick with L'Oreal Preference, or any L'Oreal product.... I've tried several others with really bad results =( (and by 'bad results' i mean completely different colors than they were supposed to give me). Revlon was the worst one... I put dark blonde on and it turned my hair a greenish medium-dark brown (and my hair was blond). What is the best Coloring hair product?
well first of all you won't get anything good at the grocery store. so It really doesn't matter. But if you want to know some of the color lines professonals use then you can ask for Swarzkopft,Goldwell,Wella are a few really great color professonal color lines. Also the expertise of a hairstylist/colorist can determine not only the color shade, direction and volume of peroxide for your hair. Box colors are standard 20 volume. It maybe either too low or too high.. so I would see a professional if your changing it the first time. maybe she could reccomend what to use to mantain it at home...
Hm... Feria is really good and its only 10$ a box. So i would try that. And for fly aways any hair gel or hair spray helps
