Anything that calls itself a serum will work well...I use the KMS straight out shine drops on my hair and it keeps everything smooth (the drops don't straighten, they just kind of weigh things down so that everything is smooth...they also protect your hair from more damage by coating it with silicone).
The frizz-ease line will also help define your curls without weighing them down or making frizz, and it's available at any drugstore. TIGI makes a similar product that's a bit more expensive, but I like it better. For any of these serums, you generally wash your hair and apply the serum while it's wet before air drying or drying with a diffuser attachment. Your curls will come out defined, with the right amount of volume. What is the best hair product?
Try washing your hair and then put mousse in it and scrunch it. I've had very good results with this, it behaves perfectly and I always get compliments. The best mousse I've found is Curl Construct by Fructis. It smells very nice, lasts all day, and doesn't make your hair stiff like most mousses.
If you are looking for the best smelling shampoo,I'd have to say Aussie Moisturizing shampoo and/or conditioner.I've been using it for a week, and my friends say that I smell like flowers all the time!!
REDKEN!!!! USE REDKEN!!! look for it in Wal-mart because I don't think they sell it in regular drug stores. It is really nice and trust me, it works on your hair. I hope my answer helps!
my hair is real curl to so for a year i had to stranding my had every day but know i don't have to I us pantie cond' and or you can buy save and find the kind of hair you have and it will look really nice
Redken...Redken...Redken...oh did I say Redken
The most important thing you can do for your hair is to buy a good conditioner for it. Joico makes a good one for really dry hair called ';Silk Results.'; I also LOVE the conditioner from Matrix's curl.life collection.
Some curlygirls I know shop for their conditioners and other hair care products in the ';ethnic'; hair care aisle. Queen Helene makes a nice thick conditioner that's inexpensive and works well for curly hair.
Another thing to consider is that most of us with dry, curly hair tend to overclean our hair and undercondition it. A hair care regimen that has worked really well for me is to wash my hair with water and conditioner 6 days a week, then use shampoo only once a week.
Most days I just use water and conditioner and very little--or no-- other product in my hair. I get a lot of compliments on the way it looks--and it passes the sniff test too.
The absolute best is the hot new brand called Organix. It has organic active ingredients and is sulfate free so it wont dry out your hair, plus...it smells awesome! They have different collections for different hair types which are all amazing! You can get Organix at Target, Kroger, Albertsons, Duane Reade, Safeway, Winn-Dixie, etc.

Girl I hear ya with the fizzy curls. Me too. I use paul mitchell super skinny shampp condtioner and serum. Bye bye dry and hello to the shine and not to mention how soft your hair will feel
oh yeah and it smell really really good to!
For years I have been searching for an all-natural, quality hair product. Traditional shampoos, although they may ';appear'; to make your hair shiny and beautiful, or feel soft, actually damage your hair and potentially rob it of essential nutrients.
I have extremely dry hair and I found it difficult to find a moisturizing, hair softening shampoo and conditioner. But, I made every effort to take care of my hair. I wore silk rags, tried Giovanni, Carol's Daughter, RedKen, and even did conditioner washes. But my hair wouldn't grow pass my ears and my curls would not become defined. I have more coarse hair.
One day, one of my girlfriends, washed my hair with Beauty 4 Ashes GodHead Silky Smooth All-Natural Shampoo. I immediately noticed a difference in my hair texture. My hair was softer, easier to comb, and more manageable. My curls were defined and, for lack of a better word, more separated. I couldn't believe it. I decided to try the shampoo and conditioner myself. I use them religiously. In one month, my hair grew 1 1/2 inches and because my hair is very coarse, having softer hair that grows was unheard for me. You can order it from www.discoverb4a.com.
Have you tried Dove?
Shine Infusion by CHI. It makes your hair really shiny, de-frizzes, conditions and protects hair from the heat of blowdrying and ironing. I use it daily on myself and my clients.
