i agree with malynne- tresemme heat protection spray works best. It smells nice, and its easy to use because it sprays. serums that u have to put on your hands and run thru your hair is kind of messy and takes more time than a spray heat protectant.What is a good hair product that protects from damage from flat irons and curling irons?
You should buy Treseme Heat Protection Spray. It comes in a black
and red bottle. You can get it at Wal-Mart for under 10 dollars! Hope

Cost-wise, Dove Heat Defense Therapy Spray works well. It comes in a red bottle. It's under $5.
Chi protection or KMS flat iron spray. I have used both and they do the trick :):)
