Pet peeve, but you do not 'dye your hair blond.' Lightening requires bleaching, so you bleached it and may have added warmer, golden tones to it.
Anyway! Bleaching does not fade like brown, black, or red hair dye does. Regardless of what you do, you'll have to bleach your roots or re-highlight your hair every few months (depending on if you're naturally blond or darker.) Some like Pantene Pro-V (drugstore brands) and there are plenty decent shampoo/conditioner brands that you can try out at CVS, Rite Aid, etc. I personally recommend John Freida Sheer Blond.
