What is a good curl defining hair product for straight hair that's been curled?

I have straight layered mid-back asian hair that usually isn't hard to curl.I kinda want products(can be more than one) that would hold the curls for a long time,would stop it frizzing, and something that doesn't make the curls crispy.Hopefully they are under 10 dollars please. :)What is a good curl defining hair product for straight hair that's been curled?

fruit and Garner strong hold gel. i have the same problem. u put a little bit on and then curl the strand and move on to the next strand.
