What is a good hair product for hair that won't hold a style?

I have very thin hair, but alot of it, so it looks thick but it isn't.

The problem is, I can curl my hair and it looks great, for 10 minutes and then it goes straight again.

I am looking for a good hair product that will allow me to curl my hair and have it stay, without the ';helmet head'; you get from a ton of hairspray. What is a good hair product for hair that won't hold a style?
Paul Mitchell!!! I had the same prob and now wow, big diferanceWhat is a good hair product for hair that won't hold a style?
Use a setting lotion to your hair. I roll up my hair with the plastic, magnetic rollers with the smooth barrel and then I apply a setting lotion to my hair, and my curls last all day and their nit stiff, hard, they have bounce, body, and shine. I use Lotta Body Setting Lotion when I roll up my hair. I only apply the setting lotion once a week, but I roll up my hair everynight.
Oh you should use dove's leave in conditioner. You put it in while ur hair is damp and style it and blow dry and its perfect.
Use a thickening shampoo such as Wash N Curl, or any volumizing shampoo. The problem isn't that you have too much hair, but that it is silky. (I have the same problem) Another thing you can do is to damage your hair. Dye it, even if its the same color, get a permanent wave, and when you wash your hair, don't use conditioner for about a week or so. You're hair will dry, not be damaged, and will in turn hold the curl.
De-fi they sell it at all major beauty supply stores its about 10 bucks but is so worth it. It will hold any hairstyle you can imagine!!!
L'oreal mousse- you put it in while your hair is wet and then blow dry to your hairstyle-- it will hold.
Have you tried Big Sexy Hair?
