I'm pretty much looking for the messed up look, but without looking like I have gel in there all shiny and wet.What kind of hair gel (hair product) can I get to style my hair without it looking shiny or wet?

you can use a weightless hairspray;; i use dove! and dont just spray the top of ur head; lift strands of hair and spray it in different places!
