What hair product would you use to achieve a messy, fringe look?

My hair is kinda thick and straight and I have decided I want to do a messy fringe. Kinda like zac efron/mitch hewer.

Does anybody have any suggestions? Help would be much appreciated :)

I was thinking of buying d:fi wax or American Crew texture cream?

Well, my broseph uses a matt look wax to get his like that. You have to make sure it's matt though, otherwise it'll look greasy - think more Ross from friends than Zac Efron.
Theres a line of products called Bed Head that works really well. They have a couple products specifically for that messy look.
Try the Got2be products. I use the hair glue and spritz. It comes in yellow containers and is sold at your local retailers like walmart/walgreens/Rite-aid
You should use Aussie Catch the Wave Mousse. Because to make it cool you should try different things maybe wavy, what this mousse does to your hair! :D
Any hair wax on dry hair will get you the look you want.
Get some Sea salt texture spray.

There are several brands that carry it.
