I agree with mr. Sunders...however sarcastic his answer was. It's hard for damaged hair to look healthy. Start by having your hair BE healthy. Lay off on the heat and start deep conditioning your hair once a week minimum. Make sure to always use a heat protectant if you're gonna be a heat addict...they dont prevent damage 100 percent but they create somewhat of a barrier.
Aussie 3 minute miracle%26lt;------ I love it. 3 minute conditioner smells amazing
Herbal Essences Hello Hydration shampoo %26amp; conditioner%26lt;---- you need moisture in fried hair
Garnier Fructis sleek %26amp; shine leave-in cream%26lt;---- good stuff watch the reviews on youtube it's a fave
Herbal Essences Long Term Relationship split ends protector%26lt;---- A God-send (dont know if it stops split ends caused by heat but it makes hair smooth, shiny, and smells great.
Hot oil treatments with: 100 percent coconut oil, jojoba oil, Extra Virgin olive oil...all great oils for hair nourishment...you can use one or all together. Put a little of either or all in a microwave safe cup, heat til warm but not hot, apply to dry hair liberally, put a plastic shower cap or plastic bag over your whole head and let sit for 45-minutes to an hour. Follow with shampoo and conditioner. What is a good hair product that I can buy to make my hair look healthier?
My hair was looking really bad from the flat-iron, I now use Neutrogena Triple Moisture shampoo and conditioner and also a Garnier Fructis ';Sleek and Shine'; leave-in conditioner on my wet hair and once over when it's dry, my hair is not only healthier and shinier now but it's a lot less frizzy. You can get any of those at Wal-Mart or Target or the grocery store, not too expensive and they're all amazing!
I like loreal's everpure system, their new line of ';sulfate free products yadda yadda yadda';
this product from them: http://www.lorealparisusa.com/_us/_en/de
is a conditioning masque. you use it in the shower and leave it on for a few minutes. It has a light scent that i like. it actually reminds me of mens shower gel but i like it a lot. It makes your hair VERY SHINY. but it makes your hair very soft (almost too soft) the first day after you use it (you use it once or twice a week)
but its manageable, i just promise your hair will be really shiny after you use it (for a few days even!) you just have to get used to it, after using it a few times youll be okay with it.
I use it whenever I need a hair pick me up. I think it works really well and wont really weigh your hair down it may just seem to make it too soft the first few times (i straighten my hair too)
The only downside is that it is slightly pricey (a little over ten dollars) but its a decent size jar that willl last a while but can be found at wal mart or target
This is what i do...Switch my shampoo and conditioners around..meaning...for 3 days straight i will use Pantene shampoo and Pantene conditioner..then the next 3 days i would use..Suave shampoo and Suave conditioner..keep on going back and forth..it help me..and I'm still doing it..Right now in my shower i have Nexus..then I'll switch to VO5..you choose the shampoo's and conditioners that u like..but just switch around...Good luck..P.S..By the way...i like doing this cause i can use alot of cool stuff
Ok well what i do here is some cheap ricks
I have very unhealthy hair but ppl compliment me on it when im done
welll get a condition like dove hair renewal and mix it with a little bit of olive oil and tea and let it sit in wet hair for an hour and it will condition it veryyyy well
but products hmm
bedhead,catwalk,dove,
use a frizz serum that helps put it in before you straighten it!
Its good that you want your hair to look healthy and not be healthy.
