When she was a baby/toddler she had naturally curly hair. They were beautiful, bouncy curls. Now it seems as she gets older those curls have fallen out but she still has a natural wave to her hair. I didn't know if there was a really good product or styling trick out there to restore those curls I love sooooo much!! Thanks! What's a good hair product to use on my daughter's wavy hair to make it curly?
Any curl defining creme. Be sure it is a creme and not a gel. Graham Webb has 2 of them, Fantastic Sams has a real good one at a good price. This creme will define the curls make it shine and Fantastic Sams has an SPF in it.
KMS has a good one in a jar although it does not last as long as the others I gave you the above ones are in a tube, you get more and will last longer.
Put it in after washing your har then let your hair dry. You can use it on dry hair too for scrunching. It freshens up the hair.
Curl defining Creme is a must for curly hair. What's a good hair product to use on my daughter's wavy hair to make it curly?
Does she have longer hair now? I had curly hair when I was small, but my parents let it grow longer and the ringlets were pulled out by the weight of the hair. Lots of toddlers have curly hair, but as they grow up and the texture matures (and they often start wearing it longer) it stops being curly. Not much to be done about it.
Dr. Bronner's Magic Soap.
I kid you not. It's an all-natural, multi-purpose liquid that can be used as a soap or shampoo. You can buy it at any health store and even Target or Walmart, I think. Just wash your hair with it, scrunch it, and let it air dry without brushing it.
It totally works if you want beach style curls like this:

After washing, comb out, then put on a gob of Redken Hardwear 16, super strong gel. Then scrunch it, %26amp; blow dry it a little.
If that doesn't curl it, nothing will.

Hi.
You can:
Fringes - Like emily osment, that looks really cute! Or you can just take the braids out after around 5 hours (make sure hair was wet when done to get effect) and then seperate, and put in hair spray to hold style.
Braid it - wetting hair down, first, is easier.
A single, side braid - same as up there ^^
A french braid - Get someone to do this for you if you don't know how, or can't do amongst yourself. This looks really cute too:)
A high pony tail - It looks cute often with it being big and curly :) So you can curl it before hand
A regular pony tail
Waves/Coils - Ok so you want it it to look natural? Well separate your hair into 4 equal parts. Or 2. Do this when it damp not dripping. It depends how thick your hair is. If your hair is thick part it into 4, if it's thin then separate it into 2. Ok coil/twist your hair until it starts forming into a bun. get an elastic and tie it twice. Or at least until it can't tie anymore. Do this to the others and wait for half an hour/till it's dry. take out the bun uncoil your hair and TADA! put hairspray/gel on and curl any stray hair that you want. Hope i helped.
Curl it- Just use a curling iron, this looks really cute too:)
A twisted bun - You can take your hair, and twist it so it won't look like the same old bun, and make sure it's wet, and once you're hair is basically dry, take the bun out, it usually turns out to look better:)
A regular bun - These look cute always:) Maybe add a little ribbon?
Half up half down - You can take half of the bed section, and slpit it up, and put that in a very soft, loose pony-tail:)
Half straightened - If it not already totally straightened.
Straightened- Just takes time
Pig tails - Haha, not every one looks great in them, but just try it. :)Make sure they're more towards the back, and not the sides:) That makes it look funny.
Scrunching the hair- I usually scrunch my hair. Take some smoothing hair gell to eliminate the frizz...but make sure it's more like liquid, and not a thick wax. Then flip your head down, and just bunch your hair up with two hands and repeat. Then flip head up and down like you're headbanging (I know it may look silly) about 3 times:) I like scrunching my hair, it's cute:)
These can make it curly easily, and so can Aussie Sprunch, you can buy it at a local Target, or Walmart
All of these take about 2-15 minutes :)
