What is the best hair product for 10$ or less, that will hydrate hair that is dry?

With all of my split ends my hair resembles a hay stack, I am not kidding! It is very dry and limp. It is not coarse though, but is thin, strait and smooth. It breaks easily. I also get a lot of little fly away strands that stick out at odd angles and annoy me. Please tell me what can save my hair? What is the best hair product for 10$ or less, that will hydrate hair that is dry?
either try using herbal essence hello hydration or herbal essence for dry and damage hair or loral paris shampoo and conditioner both all three of them work wonders

one hour before taking a shower use olive oil or the simplest and most helpful thing is simply a beaten egg, slather it onto your hair and let it sit for a while (depending on how much time you have) and rinse it out with icy water and a mild shampoo. What is the best hair product for 10$ or less, that will hydrate hair that is dry?
olive oil %26lt;-thats under 10$ for sure :) its natural and cheap, is your colored? if it u should use conditioner too
Garnier Fructis Sleek and shine leave in conditioner! It works wonders for me! Its a bout 3-4 dollars! Hope i helped!! -Gia:] %26lt;3
oils will weight your hair down and you will look like a grease ball.

try paul mitchell instant moisture treatment. it is reparative and not too heavy for fine hair.

depending on where you live this should be 9.95 or so for a tube. its a professional product so buy it from a salon!! Not a drug or grocery store as they are not allowed to carry professional products so if they sell them, there is a strong chance they are fake. Because its professinal, it will last you AT LEAST 3 times longer than a non professional cheaper product.

Look for a coupon if you need to as a lot of salons have product coupons.

After washing your hair, rinse in hot water to open the cuticle,

this is a highly concentraited product so if your hair is shoulder length or shorter start with a pea size, work into your hands and apply from the ends up, avoid your scalp unless you have dry skin there.

leave it on for about 5 mins and rinse it out in cool water ( this causes the product to act like a deep conditioner. )
I soak my hair in olive oil for 30 min a week. Just make sure to wash it out completely and follow with conditioner! I use conditioner everytime I shower and I dont wash my hair every day!! Also when I get out of the shower I use Aussie Hair Assurance. It costs about $3.50 at walmart and it works MIRACLES!
you need to try ';it's a 10';... a miracle leave-in treatment...its around $18--but worth every cent!!! it has both moisturizing and repairing properties in it, which repairs and protects hair--rather than weighing it down with waxes or build-up...remember, you get what you pay for! :)
